2. What data we process

This site has no user accounts. We process the data you voluntarily provide: when you contact us via WhatsApp or Instagram, when you book a class on Cal.com, or when you request our free guide through the form (name, email and Spanish level).

3. Purpose and legal basis

We use your data to answer your enquiry and arrange your trial class. The legal basis is the implementation of pre-contractual measures at your request (art. 6.1.b GDPR) and your consent when contacting us (art. 6.1.a GDPR).

If you request the free guide, we use your email to send it to you and, occasionally, useful tips for learning Spanish. The legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time via the unsubscribe link in every email.

4. Retention

We keep your data for as long as needed to handle your request and, if you become a student, for the duration of the contractual relationship and the applicable legal periods.

5. Recipients

We do not share your data with third parties. The providers we use to deliver the service (Cloudflare as infrastructure for the website and our database, Cal.com for bookings, Zoom for classes, and WhatsApp and Instagram as messaging channels) process data under their own GDPR guarantees.

6. Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability via WhatsApp at +34 655 488 000 or by post to the address in section 1.

If you believe the processing does not comply with the law, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
